Why can't I see it?

For anyone signed in. What you see depends on three things.

The three reasons

1. Your role. An organizer, a teacher, a helper and a family each see different pages. What you hold here is on My account, under Your role here. An organizer or an admin of your organization can give you the role you need.
2. The event. Each event shows only what its organizers set up for it, such as a duty roster or a competition. Ask them if something you expected is not there.
3. Your organization's tools. An organization can switch whole tools off, such as Bookings and meetings, or Competitions. Where a switched-off tool would have been, a line says it is switched off and who can switch it on. Only an admin can, in Tools.

If it doesn't work

• You belong to more than one organization: each has its own address and its own roles. Check you are at the right one.
• Your child's registration, made by their other parent: ask that parent to share it with you, or ask the school, which can send you an invite to it (Give another parent access).
• You have the role and still cannot see it: write to support@atduty.com.
