Get reminders on my phone

For anyone with an account here. Notifications are turned on for each phone or computer separately.

On an iPhone or iPad

1. In Safari: open atduty and sign in.
2. In Safari: choose ⋯, then Share (in the Bottom or Top tab layout, choose Share itself), then Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App and choose Add. An iPhone allows notifications only from a site added this way.
3. On your Home Screen: open atduty from its new icon, and sign in if it asks.
4. In atduty: on Home, under Get reminders on this phone, choose Start, then choose Allow when your iPhone asks.

On Android or a computer

1. In atduty: on Home, under Get reminders on this phone, choose Start.
2. In your browser: choose Allow when it asks.

If it doesn't work

• “We couldn't turn on notifications on this device. Check your browser's notification settings and try again.” Notifications for this site were blocked earlier. On Android or a computer, open the site's settings from the icon beside the address and allow Notifications. On an iPhone, open Settings, then Notifications, then atduty, and turn on Allow Notifications. Then try again.
• On an iPhone, the step does nothing in Safari's own tab: open atduty from the Home Screen icon instead.
