I can't sign in
For anyone. You do not need to be signed in to read this.
You forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?
- Enter your email and choose Send reset link. If that address has an account, a reset link is on its way. The link works once and expires in an hour.
- Open the link in the email and choose a new password.
Your second step is not to hand
- Your authenticator app is on a phone you do not have: choose Use a recovery code instead and enter one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned on two-factor authentication. Each works once.
- You have a passkey: choose Use your passkey.
- You have lost both your authenticator and your recovery codes: write to support@atduty.com. Your identity is confirmed before your second step is reset.
Messages you may see
- “Too many wrong codes. Try again in 15 minutes.”
- Too many failed attempts: wait the minutes it says, then try again, or reset your password.
- “Verify your email address before you sign in. Check your inbox for the verification code.”
- “This account can't sign in to this organization. Ask the organization for an invitation.”
- “This account has been deactivated. Contact your organization's administrator.”
- Your organization uses its company sign-in: sign in there. Your own IT team looks after that password.
